Muskegon makers market hosts over 80 vendors downtown

MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — Next weekend, visitors to the VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center can attend the Michigan Makers Market, a community event with over 80 fine art and handmade craft vendors from across the state.

“They are all unique. They’re all Michigan makers,” Carla Flanders, executive producer of the Michigan Makers Market, said.

Beginning at 10 a.m. Nov. 15, shoppers can explore vendors, booths from Muskegon-area businesses and a cash bar throughout the day.

“We’re really excited to bring local makers to downtown Muskegon,” Flanders said. “There are plenty of restaurants in the area that people can also dine at.”
